Once again we returned to the Fewa lake in Pokhara to hire a boat. Today we crossed the lake and arrived on the opposite shore where we picked up the trail to the World Peace Pagoda (Stupa). I don’t know exactly how many steps are involved in the climb, but it was a strenuous 1 ½ hour ascent. However, the effort was well worth the incredible view.
We decided to return to town using an alternate method. We descended a stairway to the car park and hired a taxi for what was a rather bumpy ride back to our lakeside neighborhood:
Tammy was grateful to have arrive at the top
